MCA & CCI Camping Conference

Empowering Camp Leaders to Make Every Summer Count
The 2025 Linked Conference will be taking place on March 4-6 at Roseau River Bible Camp. This exciting event brings camp people from all over Manitoba and North Western Ontario together to learn, grow, connect, and leave inspired as we head into the 2025 summer camp season.
Wednesday, March 5 we will be holding a two hour trade show for vendors to share and promote their business to our attendies.
COST
$200 / BOOTH

The cost for participating in the trade show is $200 and this includes lunch for up to 3 reps at your booth.

You will have access to one 6 or 8 foot table.
SCHEDULE
MARCH 5 | WEDNESDAY

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Vendor arrival and booth set up

12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Lunch & vendor booths open

Lunch will be served as a "moving lunch", with food situated by your vendor tables in order for participants to walk around and spend time talking with you at your booth.

Each vendor will also be given 3 minutes just before lunch, to talk about their business/what you offer in order for everyone to hear more about you.

Feel free to bring along some swag to give out.

Directions
Traveling south on Highway 59: drive through the town of Roseau River. Approximately 0.8 km south of the bridge, turn right onto Road 12N (opposite the Roseau River Park) and drive 3.2 km west on the gravel road. Turn north (right) onto the camp’s driveway (marker 25159). Follow the signs.
