Donate Monthly

Becoming a monthly donor is a great way to contribute to camp year-round!

You can make automatic donations easily each month as a set amount. This is the perfect way to spread a larger donation out over a period of time or to simply continue to give without having to fill out a new form each month. Please fill out the preauthorization form and return to us for automated monthly withdrawals.

Monthly Donations Help Fund Us... you can participate and get "on PAR"

MCA has just partnered with an organization in order to receive regular monthly donations from you to the Sunshine Fund. You can get "on PAR" for MCA to help our financial stability. (PAR = Pre-Authorized Remittance).

There are many people who find this a convenient way to take care of their regular commitments to other organizations, such as other charities and churches. MCA felt the same principle would benefit the Sunshine Fund. As our appeals in the past have often been at one time of the year - late spring/early summer, we have very little income during some months, but still have expenses throughout the year. You can now participate in this program that will help the Manitoba Camping Association/ Sunshine Fund. If you want to contribute to MCA/SF monthly regularly throughout the year, then you understand the PAR principle. It is similar to having automatic debits going from your bank account to pay for insurance, cable TV, taxes or mortgage.

Your account will be debited on or about the 20th of the month and MCA's account credited with the amount payable from everyone who participates. If you choose to change your mind, this can be cancelled by you the donor at any time. The United Church of Canada administers this program that a variety of churches and some other charities use.

It's very easy to set up. Here's what you need to do in 3 easy steps:
1. Decide the amount of your monthly donation.
2. Fill in the Authorization Card and attach a sample cheque from your account marked "sample" or "void".
3. Send to the MCA office.

Yup... that's it.

Advantages to you:
1. Regular support of MCA/Sunshine Fund in the amount that you choose.
2. Continual support of MCA/Sunshine Fund during our slower season when we have minimal income.
3. No need to give a large amount at one time (unless you want to!)

Advantages to MCA:
1. Regular, dependable flow of donations
2. Reduction of paperwork and bookkeeping.
3. Improved financial position.

We hope you will consider this new opportunity in making regular monthly donations in helping MCA/Sunshine Fund. Connect with us to send you an authorization card or watch our website for one www.mbcamping.ca Thanks for helping to continue to send kids to camp!

A consolidated tax receipt can be sent by email or traditional mail at the end of each year.
