Statement of Goals

To provide opportunities for fun and learning in a French setting. We have day camps suitable for French-speaking kids, those in French immersion and those just interested in learning French. Different programs are offered during spring break and summer holidays.

About Our Camp

Tu parles! offers children the opportunity to learn French through a variety of communicative activities, including games, music, role-playing and art projects. Campers can sign up for one week-long session, or continue to develop their language skills over several weeks. Our devoted and enthusiastic counsellors have had specialized training in second language teaching strategies. Campers also take part in activities and outings that put them in contact with the francophone community.

Tu parles! is also offered on Saturday mornings during the fall and winter sessions.

Camplus sur campus gives French-speaking children an opportunity to have fun, make new friends and develop new skills, all in a francophone setting. Each week, our dedicated counsellors lead the campers in a wide variety of activities, including crafts, games, sports and outdoor activities, as they explore the weekly theme. The location on campus at CUSB ensures that children are surrounded by French and enables them to interact with the French-speaking community. Our popular “Theatre and Improv” weeks will be back again this year, along with two other exciting themes.

Camplus printemps is also offered during the spring break, with a different theme daily.

All of our counsellors are trained in first aid and CPR.
