About Our Camp
Gimli Bible Camp was
established in 1928 to "reach the otherwise unreached". We
continue to operate a traditional camp while searching out new ways to make
camp an exciting and successful experience for children of all backgrounds.
With 4 private sandy beaches on Lake Winnipeg swimming is a favourite
activity on hot summer days. Our evening "wide games" are a
blast and special one to one times with cabin leaders result in life long
memories. Our up-to-date facilities, park-like setting and committed
staff provide a safe environment for children to grow. Our main emphasis
is building relationships with the campers so that they will remember the love
shown them as much as the fun that they experienced. Our staff are dedicated to
living out God's love and grace because... "kids are worth it".
After summer we rent
our facilities for youth groups, retreats and family gatherings as a service to
the Christian community that supports us.
